Warm welcome to my page!

I’m Elina, a transformational coach, NLP Master practitioner, Social Panorama Consult and an energy healer. I’m happy that you have found me.

My work as a coach is solution-focused, and a deep-rooted experiential process where first issues are experienced - then understood. I’m coaching individuals, groups and companies.

I am originally from Finland. Strong nordic energy, power and the cyclical change of nature lives inside me. I love the different seasons and the connection they bring to the surrounding nature and mother earth. I love walking in the forest, music, art, dancing and genuine encounters with people.

Humanity, the movements of the mind, heart connection and genuine love for one's own are really close to me.

Before I found my true calling as a coach and energy healer, I worked for a long time in a fashion retail. I gained a strong experience in many different roles in corporate level, as an expert and a leader. My mind was anchored to business - led by values, and commercial purpose. I was a creative, result focused and innovating professional. Thus, I’m proud of that experience and all the learnings, (many) mistakes and achievements during that life period.

Why coaching?

My own healing process has many steps.

I grew up in a home where unhealthy thought and behavior patterns became a part of me and my identity. My first wake-up call was when I realised and admitted my life didn’t satisfy me at all. There was a wall around me, a strong armor, based on which the self remained hidden. My true identity was under certain layers, keeping my own inner wisdom and voice disconnected. Therefore my own path of change is partly an extremely painful and multi-step process.

I started NLP (neuro linguistic programming) in 2013. I had an amazing coach who helped me for three years and during those years, for the first time I allowed myself to jump to the unknown, to a deep end. But my mind was really stuck and much more layers needed to be peeled…

After that I was passionately looking for more information about energy healing, different therapy / coaching methods, how our mind works, and how to connect with our inner child, with a higher self. I started to study and found my love path.

But above all, all this has been a wonderful journey. And as a result, something valuable has been born.

neWay coaching was born from the realization that the best person for exploring humanity, searching for the authentic self and its emergence is yourself. Live a life that looks like yourself, in love and from love. It takes a little help to create this connection so that you can live a life that looks like you. A life where you are an authentic self - in all circumstances and everywhere. I will help you here

In intuitive coaching, we return to the heart and the wisdom of the body. We create a connection between mind and body. As far as the mind is concerned, we can over analyze the issue, challenges and problems are usually not fixed by ordinary talking.

Looking forward to meet you.

Elina ♡

When we find our ways to our hearts and truly trying to live through that knowledge, miraculous things can happen. And there is no miracle about it.

 FAQs About My Qualifications

  • NLP focuses on human skills and resources, and how they can be found, and how they can be used when needed. NLP is a practical model of how people build their experiences, and structure their thoughts, feelings, behavior and the language they use, in order to understand themselves, other people, and this world. A model of how people build their own unique worldviews of this world we live in. A model of how people interact both with themselves and with each other. Answer e.g. to the question: how to connect with yourself and with another person?

NLP includes many methods and techniques that are modeled on humans and can be taught to humans.

  • The Social Panorama Model is a psychological instrument with which we can change our unconscious map of social reality. The social panorama model is social psychology applied to the NLP framework. It is a working tool for studying and changing unconscious social systems, thought patterns. The model can be used to improve all kinds of human relationships and solve interaction problems between individuals and groups.

The social panorama model is the result of modeling people, the result of studying certain, here social, subjective, personal experiences with the aim of identifying global, cultural and personal patterns.

It is a tool that can be used to study and change the structures of social experience into ecological ones from the point of view of the individual. The method is based on the modeling research of the Dutch social psychologist Dr. Lucas Derks (1995) www.socialpanorama.com

  • Mental Space Psychology (MSP) studies spatial cognitions (= spatial thinking skills) in relation to psychotherapeutic interventions, the main structural principle of which is the use of space in the mind (Heemelaar, Koppelaar & Derks, 2012.)

Everything that exists in the physical universe is located somewhere in space. So the fundamentally 3- dimensional nature of everything can be expected to be reflected in the mind itself, too. And there is good evidence, that spatiality is the major feature of our individual mental models of the world. Moreover 3D-imagery seems to be the basis of cognition and feeling itself – an idea which might have the potential to turn psychotherapeutic practice upside down.

Implicitly, yet not fully recognized in its potential for therapeutic change work, the concept of “mental space” emerged already in the early 1980s. Today “Mental Space Psychology” studies both the influence of spatiality on human cognition and emotion and its implications for psychology, mental health and education.

Most of the current body of knowledge has been accumulated over the last 20 years – primarily through systematic patterning of practical experience in imagery-based clinical work. The primary reason for studying spatial psychotherapies is their supposed therapeutic effectiveness. This thinking is even so widespread that some believe that adding mind space to any psychotherapy works wonders (Lawley 2014). On the other hand, a better understanding of the meaning of mental space can increase the quality of psychotherapy.
